Stronger together

We achieve success together by combining individual responsibility with effective teamwork. Our operating divisions are therefore responsible for running their own businesses and developing their own strategies within the framework of the Group’s overall objectives. This allows them to respond flexibly to market needs while benefiting from the expertise and know-how of the entire Melitta Group.

They are supported in these efforts by the corporate divisions, which manage strategic topics at Group level, develop Group-wide standards, pool expertise, and help Chief Corporate Management to steer the Group.

Our most important organizational principles include a decentralized approach with flat hierarchies and structures that foster an entrepreneurial mindset and business approach. We value a high degree of personal responsibility, the courage to try new things, as well as passion and enthusiasm. Shared values, close cooperation based on mutual trust, and the long-term perspective of a family-owned business form the foundation of our organization.
