The operating and corporate divisions
The Melitta Group consists of 15 operating divisions that manage their respective markets independently. This structure enables the operating divisions to maintain close ties with their customers and their respective markets. At the same time, they benefit from close collaboration within the Melitta Group by developing joint solutions and leveraging the strength of an international corporate group.
The operating divisions are supported by six corporate divisions that develop Group-wide standards, pool expertise, and drive cross-divisional projects. They ensure that the strengths of the Melitta Group as a whole are effectively leveraged and that the operating divisions can focus on their respective markets and customers.
